Free shipping for orders above $50 SGD. A flat rate of $3 applies for orders below $50.

Can I change my address after ordering?
Please email hello@ummamieats.com asap after placing your order. Once your parcel is shipped, changes can’t be made.
How can I track my order?
You’ll get an email once your parcel is shipped. Click the tracking link to view real-time delivery updates.
Returns
Do you accept returns or exchange?
For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once items are shipped. If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
What if my parcel was lost or damaged in transit?
Don’t worry — we’ll help you resolve it. Email hello@ummamieats.com and include your order number and tracking link. We’ll file a report with the courier and send a replacement or refund where applicable.
What if I received the wrong item?
We’ll replace it immediately at no additional cost. Email hello@ummamieats.com with clear photos so we can fix it quickly.
Product
How should I store it?
Keep sealed and store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
What’s the shelf life?
All products have a shelf life of 18 months from production. You can find the expiry date printed on the back of the pack.
Are your products freeze-dried or dehydrated?
Our products are made using a mix of both freeze-drying and dehydration methods. Freeze-drying helps lock in nutrients, flavour, and texture — so when you add hot water, everything tastes just like freshly cooked ingredients.
Are there preservatives or MSG?
Nope! We keep it clean — no added preservatives, MSG, or artificial flavorings. Just real ingredients freeze-dried or dehydrated to lock in flavor.
Can I eat it directly?
Yes, you can eat it directly — but we don’t really recommend it! It tastes much better after adding hot water, which helps the ingredients fully rehydrate and bring out their natural flavour and texture.
Are your products halal?
Ummami itself is not halal-certified, but it is made in a halal-certified facility. While we don't have the product certification yet, you can rest assured that our ingredients contain no pork, lard or alcohol and are handled according to halal standards.
Are your products vegetarian?
Kimchi Kraze contains no meat or seafood and is vegetarian-friendly 🌱. You may check out the full ingredient list on each product page for more details.
Where are your products made?
All Ummami toppings are formulated and tested in Singapore, with ingredients sourced from certified suppliers in China using the latest freeze-drying techniques to ensure quality and consistency.
